I am using InfoPath 2003. I use a data connection to send an email out. The problem is that when I apply this to a Rule on a button, a dialog confirmation is display with OK and Cancel button. Is there any way to disable the display dialog window? 

I believe you are referring to the send or cancel buttons on an email submit.

This is default functionality within Outlook so that no program or virus is sending email without your knowledge.

The workaround is to make the form full trust and use code to send the email but this is a pretty big undertaking.  Typically users just need to be instructed about the additional step and I use rules to verify the email was sent incase someone presses cancel.

I am in a similar situation and would like to understand how I can put more controls using rules post a user cancels....
