Reply Contact Hi - I have an Infopath form that retrieves data from a sharepoint list that has approx 2300 items. There is a filter in the form to only display items that belong to a particular user (as defined by a user ID entered in a text box). The problem occurs when they clear the text box, removing the filter, and ALL items are retrieved from the sharepoint liost to display in my repeating table - the form locks and crashes. Any ways around this? To clear the data in that particular data connection when a field is blank to FORCE at least 3 characters to be in there or something?other than this I love my form :( Please help? :) 05-31-2011 10:59 AM In reply to ErnestoM Joined on 08-27-2007 Posts 3,320 Re: Too many items retrieved from sharepoint list? We have a technique using qRules, documented here, but you could search online for other techniques. Good luck!
