Displaying multiple rows in a repeating table from a SQL query

    Hi,

I need some help with a displaying data in a repeating table. If I can get a simple example to work I can then adapt it to an existing infopath form and make it more functional.

    I have a simply table - (Order_Number,Item,Quantity,Price).

There can be multiple order numbers - each with a different item/quantity - this is meant to represent a purchase order where the order_number would be the PO number.

I want to have a field where the user can enter the Order Number - click a button and a repeating table is populated with the query results - 1 row returned = 1 row in the table

The rules associated with the button are "Query the database" (InfoPath generated query) and then the results  are filtered according to order number.

How do I set up the repeating table?

When I run the query in SQL (adding a WHERE Order_Number = "1" as a test it returns multiple rows) however I'm not sure how to put these results into the table.

If you can picture the table would have 3 fields - Item/Quantity/Price.

When I define a rule to set the first field and apply a filter to match the user input it only returns one row - where there are multiple rows returned by the query. And what do I put for the other fields.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Regards,

    Anthony
