This is what the Rich Text box toolbar is supposed to look like and how it looks for most of our users:
For 2 users, the toolbar does not render correctly, but the same form/ rich text box work fine for hundreds of other people. This happened after we upgraded to SharePoint 2010... the systems are either IE7/WinXP and IE8/Win7. Tried re-registering the sharepoint related dlls. Going to try a new profile on the same computer to see if it is just the profile. Any other suggestions?
