hi,

  How to hide the text box control when taking the print out of the form,after that it has to visible as usual.

 Here are two options:

1. Create a separate print view that does not have that text box control.

2. Have one view with two sections. One section has the text box, the other section does not. Hide and show the sections using conditional formatting, as necessary. For example, when the user clicks a button labeled PRINT, hide the first section and then display the second section.

Thanks for the reply.1st option wont work in my case.

                              IN 2 nd option,im taking the print out from with the print view option which displayed in browser.not through coding.
