Hello i am new to infopath and sharepoint and i am looking to get some input on weather or not the solution i am seeking is possible with what i have to work with.
I am looking to build a form that our sales staff can fill out when they want to transfer an account to another account manager. Once the form is filled out it needs to go for approval to either the old account manager or the new account manager (depending on which filled out the form.) Then to both of their division managers then on to our VP of sales and finally the Vp of marketing. The Vp of sales and Vp of marketing Email addresses would always be the same two, but the others would vary depending on who filled out the form.
My question is can this be accomplished with Infopath 2007 and Sharepoint services 3.0. (not enterprise)
I have Sharepoint services 3.0 installed but it is not utilized at all i have some test sites created, but nothing in production at this time. I am looking to use this form project to push the use of the sharepoint sites in our organization.
