Multiple Data Validation - Problems

I have two controls. The first is a drop down selector with options of 1-5. The second is a text box. Both are set to use Data Type: Whole Number.

I then want to use Data Valaidation to ensure the following;

If field 1 is set to 1 then field 2 must be between 0 and 49,
If field 1 is set to 2 then field 2 must be between 50 and 89,
If field 1 is set to 3 then field 2 must be between 90 and 110,
If field 1 is set to 4 then field 2 must be between 111 and 150,
If field 1 is set to 5 then field 2 must be between 151 and 200

My conditions are;

If field 1 = 1 AND field 2 is greater 49 display error 1
If field 1 = 2 AND field 2 is less than 50 OR greater than 89 display error 2
If field 1 = 3 AND field 2 is less than 90 OR greater than 110 display error 3
If field 1 = 4 AND field 2 is less than 111 OR greater than 150 display error 4
If field 1 = 5 AND field 2 is less than 151 OR greater than 200 display error 5

When testing it works fine for condition 1 and also for condition 2, but if for example field 1 is set to 3 AND field 2 is set to 100 (which should be a valid condition) it throws error 2 at me. In fact it throws error 2 at me if field 1 is set to 3,4, or 5.

It only seems to work fine for the first two conditions, if i try and test it for condition 3,4 or 5 then regardless of the value in field 2 it throws error 2 at me.

Any advice or help appreciated!
