    Hi,

    I am encountering a strange issue at one of our customers. I am trying to publish a form to a (new) forms library but I get the following error:

    InfoPath cannot find or access the following webserver http://xxxx

    Make sure the webserver name is valid, that your proxy settings are correct and that you have the necessary permissions to publish to this library.

    I am a site collection administrator and I can create new SharePoint lists from InfoPath 2010 to the site. It is also publish to create a new content type from InfoPath 2010 and publish it to the site. Only the publishing of a form library does not work.

    Does anyone have experience with this issue?

    Is the Team Collaboration Lists feature activated at the Site level?
