Here is the scenerio. Let me know if I need to do something to make this happen.
The place I work is running XP Pro with Office 2003. I built some forms in IP2003 (some with a little code) connected to a SQL table. Users only access it via the desktop client. Sharepoint is not connected to the forms.
The place I work is now in the very early stages of prepping the upgrade of all computers to run Windows 7 and MS Office 2010. Having said this, is there anything that I have to do to these IP2003 forms before or during the upgrade to the new OS and MS versions? Keeping in mind that the goal would be to keep the forms active during the transition for the users.
I understand that the form interface will look a bit different, but will the functionality be as it was in IP2003?
Will I be able to use the IP2010 designer to open and publish these IP2003 templates as if nothing is different?
Is this "Filler" part of IP2010?
Thanks,
