Hi,

 I created an infopath template/form wherein I have placed 4 sections, section1, section2, section3, and section4.

 I designed it this way:

I have a condition that when my form displays for the 1st time, i will only allow the user to see sections 1 2 and 4, and section3 is hidden from the user, my problem is that when the form loads, Section3 is shown as a blank section, meaning section4 is not adjusting below section2.

Are these sections within a layout table? If so, then check the height of the layout table.

If not, then check for additional line breaks between each section (before and after Section 3). Those will not be "hidden" when Section 3 is hidden.

yes, these sections are within a layout table. how do i check the height of the table? is it a property or what?

i really need your help on this coz i messed up on my form and cant do anything about it. my only choice is to start from 0 if i didnt resolve this. :(

Yes, you need to look at the properties of the tables and sections to be able to modify their height.

In the properties you can also look at the row height and set it to Automatic.
