InfoPath Dev

I am working on a form that has no code or qRules in it. I saved it, attached to DAT, mapped my fields to SQL and published the form to Sharepoint through the DAT.

 I fill out a form - which works just fine - and I get the message that it has been submitted successfully.

 BUT the form is not saved to sharepoint, DAT or the database...

 I have repeatedly used this with my infamous Budget Form, but cannot figure out why the new form is not working.

 Any help would be appreciated!!

I know from your email to our support alias that you figured out the issue so this is resolved - but what was the fix?  What did you do to fix it?
