InfoPath Dev

Hi,

I work with InfoPath in German.

I have the problem to "translate" the formulas from the samples, that are written in English.

My actual problem is to put this following formula in German (to concat several email-addresses)

eval(eval(group1,"concat(my:email,';'),"..")

if I replace the comma through semicolon and the single quote through double quote I have errors in the formula.

Can anybody help me?

I just had to replace the English words to your suggestion as following:

auswerten(auswerten(group1; 'concat(my:email, ";")'); "..")

And it works.

Crazy, I didn't know they converted the XSL functions to different languages. Could you tell me this: When you check the box that says "Show XPath" - what do you see? I would think xdMath:Eval(, but if they converted it to German, that'd be crazy!

If I check the box "Show XPath", I can see that synthax:

xdMath:Eval(xdMath:Eval(my:gruppeSoxKontrolle/my:abs_freigabe/my:freigeber_liste, 'concat(my:freigeber_fullname, ";")'), "..")

If I don't check the box, the functions appear in German, like that:

auswerten(auswerten(freigeber_liste; 'concat(my:freigeber_fullname, ";")'); "..")

Next time, it will be easer for me to write the expression in XPath, because the syntax is clearer.
