my error message, i dont remember what i was doing before i got this message.

i saved a copy of my file, deleted everything contained in the file, and tried to bring up just a white page and i still get the error, so definatly need some help with this one.

alright, i fixed it, i had to functions in the script file. however, i do have an additional question. i have no idea how the functions got there, and the functions were both blank. why would this affect my form?
