Auto fill multiple fields from one data connection

I'm trying to create a termination form that will be connected to a single database connection that holds all of the personel data for my company.

My form has four fields that list Emplopee Name, Job Title, Department, and Division.

All of the data I need for these fields resides in my position control database, which I have added as a data connection. How can I setup the form where I choose the Employee Name from a drop down field and all the other 3 fields auto-populate with the correct data?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Mike

Hello Mike and welcome to the fourm!

You should check out this HowTo:http://www.infopathdev.com/howto/tutorials/default.aspx?i=9111ef580f95479890fc18fb2c5bac85

It was meant for an XML secondary data source, but you should be able to use it with a database connection.

    I hope this helps!
