I have what I think should be a fairly simple problem to fix, but I cannot find a way around it.
I am relatively new to InfoPath and have created a form that is a content type for a form library that people submit their completed forms into.
However, we want to give 2 types of access to the library...contribute for those filling out the form. (this works fine)
and read-only for those who need to view the forms, but are not allowed to change them.
However, when the members of the read-only access group click on the form, it starts to open, but then gives them an error that they do not have sufficient permissions.
Is there anyway around this? I know if I try to open a form that someone else is already editing, it will allow me to open it in read-only mode...so it seems possible.
We are using Sharepoint 2010 and InfoPath 2010.
Any help/directions/references would be GREATLY Appreciated!!
