Getting the "cannot insert duplicate key in object" error when trying to update SQL db

I have an attendance tracking form that I have been using for quite some time.  I've never had a problem with it and I've not made any changes recently.  However a couple of days ago I started getting the "cannot insert duplicate key in object" error when attempting to write data from the form to my SQL db.  I have verified that none of the data in the form exists in the database so I don't understand the error.  The only thing I can think of is that I recently upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2007.

     Any thoughts?

     Thanks!

    Hi Uncle Paulie,

I can only recommend a troubleshooting step which might help.

Do you have certain fields in your database table that is not allowed to take in duplicate information, ex. columns set as Primary Key?

Try temporarily unset them and retry submitting a form or reshred the existing forms.

You might find the solution to your problem after trying that.
