I'm using InfoPath 2007, a client side form. I want to add a
changing event to a repeating section within my form, but for some odd
reason when I try to build I receive the following error:
The type or namespace name 'XmlChangingEventArgs' could not be found
(are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
