    Multi Select Drop Down

    Hi,

I want to implement multi select drop down or list box (dynamic) and save the data as multiple rows in database. Does anybody know how to implement this in InfoPath?

    Thanks,
    Amar

InfoPath doesn't have have a multiselect dropdown out of the box. We have a "Smart Combo Box" which allows multiselect. You can get it here:
    http://www.infopathdev.com/webstore/detail.aspx?itemid=14

Then to get that to save multiple rows in the database you would have to write some code to take the values (separated by a space) and break them out to a repeating structure or manually insert them into the DB.

It depends on how you're connecting to the database.

Did you ever figure this out?

I am trying to do the same thing. Using repeating table for the multi select but cannot figure out how to get them to the database in multiple rows...
