I have a form which has all the views including ORI, ORI_Print, RES, RES_Print and even FORM_Print. When a RES creator is creating a RES, the RES_print view should show only one response but when I switch over to FORM_Print view, all the RES so far should be included. I have setup the respective RES view with Repeating sections as the RES made would be more than one.

What change do I make to RES_Print view so that I get only the specific RES while viewing.

 You should use a repeating section or table with filtering (conditional formatting to hide all of the rows except for the one that is the current RES).

 Thanks Jimmy, but the controls and fields used under repeating section are all required and cant hide anyone of them.

 Any alternative would be appreciated.

 I'm suggesting that you place the conditional formatting on the repeating section itself, not the controls inside it.  Unless I've misunderstood your situation, this is the way to accomplish what you want.
