    Language specific "File Attachment Control"

    Hello,

... even if I´m german I develop my Infopath solutions with an english system. And of course if I insert a file attachment control the control shows the text "Click here to attach a file". But I have a lot of german customers and they want that the file attachment control shows the appropriate german variation of the text which is "Klicken Sie hier, um eine Datei anzufügen".

Does anyone know if there is a way to develop infopath forms with an english development system but using the appropriate german language.

Thank you very much for any help.

you can customize the Attach, open, save.. that are displayed on clicking the control, by editing the manifest.xsf file, but i am not sure about whether you can edit the message shown

    Hello,

    nothing could be easier!

Sure, I will share the solution. Just call the 'Form options' menu and select the category 'Browser'. There you will find the option: 'Form language'. The last step is just to choose your favorite language.

    Regards,
