Page numbering in Word print view.

I have a form that needs to be printed block protected (keep sections together on the same page) and page numbered.

I created a word print view to keep the sections together.  So far so good.

Now my problem is that my (X of Y) page numbering I put in the word document template are not printing.

I need to make this work, any suggestions?

Sorry but my question is off topic, but I wanted to ask you about printing in word. I have a need for my print views to be "block protected" as well. This way a repeating table doesn't get cut off when printing at the bottom of the page. Have you found this situation easier to accomplish with word print views? If so, how would you direct me to go this route. Do I need to start with the XSL?

The problem I had with repeating tables and Word print view is that the wizard.hta tool makes non unique namespaces when it generates the XSL.  I made numbered copies of optional sections as a temporary fix because I am new to Microsoft coding.  There should be a simple way to auto increment the repeated tables like (this namespace = namespace + counter) I just don't know how yet.

I then made everything "keep with next" except the line with the closing tag of each section as explained here http://word.tips.net/Pages/T000331_Keeping_Part_of_a_Paragraph_with_the_Next_Block_of_Text.html
