Hi,

I need to insert data entered in a field (field1) (outside a repeating section) into the very first field (field2) inside a repeating section, when a checkbox is checked. Is there a way to do this using code or otherwise? (I am not familiar with J script/VB script.)

I#%92ve tried adding a rule to the checkbox, but the end result is that all the field2#%92s in the repeating section end up with field1#%92s value.

Does anyone have an answer to this?

Assuming ur datasource has the following structure,
Root
Group
Repeating Group

Use the following code
XDocument.DOM.selectSingleNode("/root/group/repeatinggroup["+1+"]/fieldname").nodeTypedValue=.....
