Is there a way to take a field that contains set information and disperse different sections of the information to several different fields?  For example, let’s say that I have four fields.  The first field is called input1, the next three fields are called receive1, receive2, receive3.  A user types 123 into input1 and the information is distributed to receive1, receive2, receive3.

Input1 (Contains this data)
123

This information is broken apart and received by the remaining three fields

Receive1
1

Receive2
2

Receive3
3

you can use substring function to achieve this.

syntax : substring(field, start_from, length)

set rules on the input1 field to set value of fields

receive1 = substring(., 1, 1)

receive2 = substring(., 2, 1)

receive3 = substring(., 3, 1)

receive4 = substring(., 4, 1)
