I have an access database which has a couple of memo fields integral to it. I am trying to develop and InfoPath form using the database but find that I am very constrained by the fact that InfoPath will not submit a completed form to the database because of the memo fields. I tried changing the memo fields to text fields (and increased the character limit to 255 characters) and InfoPath still would not submit any text over 50 characters in length! What I want to be able to do is have a person fill in a text box on the form (with and indeterminate length of text) and for the text to be submitted to the database for retrieval at a later stage. Any advice or alternative suggestions/workarounds would be greatly received. 02-19-2006 09:57 PM In reply to K.Ramana Reddy Joined on 04-27-2005 India Posts 195 Re: Character limit Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer...
