I am a newbie and have the following scenario that I would like to implement. I have a purchase order form which will be completed by the requestor and will be sent to me by email (so far, no problems). When i receive the form, I will approve it and upon approval, I would like the data from the form (that the original requestor completed) to update an Access database and at the same time have the form submitted to another user by email. I will be using Outlook and do not have the luxury of a Sharepoint Server. Any help and pointers would be greatly appreciated.
