So it looks like I get an error anytime I use code in a form.  I created a form and added a button and added code behind the button for a clicked event.

And then when trying to preview I get the error 'Infopath cannot open the selected form'.  I've tried messing with the trust settings and deleting the cache with no luck.  The code will compile with no errors and then the form errors out.

Try opening the published template (publish locally, then just open, not in design mode). Sometimes you can get a better error message that way. Are you using VSTA (comes with IP 2007) or Visual Studio? Does it happen with all forms, so if you close up everything and create a new template, does it happen?
