I have code that shreds InfoPath forms into a SQL Server database from an http:// SharePoint site. The code will not work on an httpS:// site however because System.IO.Directory.GetFiles sees no files in the SharePoint folder. I have been successful in getting the paths to the forms using the Web Service but XmlDocument.Load seems some small xml file rather that the InforPath form. (These paths actually open the forms when pasted in a browser.) I have to run .Net code from a Scrip Task in SSIS. The SQL Server cannot have SharePoint bits installed and it is not part of the farm.
For the time being I have to copy the forms to a file server and shred then from there.
