Form not retrieving all available List data

     Greetings,

I have a very simple Infopath form, with a data connection to our company's Software Training Calendar in SharePoint.  I am trying to populate a drop-down list-box with all of the available events (Courses),  The (calendar) list is set to display the maximum number of records.  For some reason, the control only gets populated with the first six calendar events.  There are only 24 total events in the calendar itself, so the list is  not too large for the control.  There is no filtering set up, on either the SharePoint, or InfoPath end of things.  I am baffled!

Has anyone experienced similar behavior, or have any suggestions for fixing this?

    Thanks in advance!

A couple of things you might try to troubleshoot -- grab the secondary data source that is populating your control and drag it onto your form someplace, so you have a repeating table or section that shows everything from your list. Preview, and see how many records are in the data source.

If you are still getting only 6, you might want to try creating a new template, just adding the data connection to the list, and again adding a repeating control bound to the repeating group from that data source and preview.

The only reason I know of that you wouldn't be getting all your records is if your default view wasn't showing all of them, and it sounds like you've already addressed that....
