    DTD /template upgrade problem

    Hello all,

Im having a bit of a pesky problem today..

The form receives a DataSet from a web service / SQL Server.

Sometimes the user will run the query successfully, other times will get the error:

" The attribute '{http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace}space' on the element 'DocumentTitle' is not defined in the DTD/Schema. "

'DocumentTitle' is present in the schema, and it is always returned from the database.

Is this a DTD corruption problem?  If so, how can it be solved?

I also noticed today that, after making changes and and publishing the form template, that the user is not being asked to upgrade to the newest template.

Under Form Options>Versioning, there is a checkbox that reads  "Allow form users to choose whether to upgrade to a new version of the form template.  This is only possible if the corresponding administrator policy has been configured in the user's machine."

I checked it and still the users are not being promped to upgrade.  I looked in the security policies and did not find any that were infopath related..

Please advise on solving these issues, thank you in advance :0)
