    XML inside XML

    Imagine the following:
I have an infopath form with a field of Company_Name depicted by:
    What is the company name?
    [textbox to enter Company_Name]

Later in the document I have a Drop down box. I want to insert the company name as part of one of the statements in my drop box, for example imagine a drop box with the following choices.

    1. The computer network owned by [Company_Name] will support VoIP
    2. The computer network owned by [Company_Name] won't support VoIP

The XML file exported should replace [Company_Name] with the companies name. I have not been able to complete this successfully.
    Any Suggestions???
    Thanks,
    Gary

First you will need to have your drop-down list populate it's choice from a secondary data source as demonstrated in this thread:

Next, you will use code to alter the drop-down list options to reflect changes in the Company_Name field. You probably want to put this code in the OnAfterChange event of the Company_Name field. Let me know if you need code examples.

If you had a code example available it would probably help out a ton!

No core required. Just use rules to copy the value to expression boxes later in your form.
