Users fill registered forms on a shared folder

    Hi

I have finished developing project consist of multi forms that are linked to each other mainly entry form and search form, I have registered them on my pc, published them on a shared folder, all the users have access to the shared folder, I have registered the forms on each user pc.

Now the problem is I need everybody open the from the shared folder not from his pc, currently we can't do that as everytime we click on the form from the shared folder it shows us this message :"the form template trying to access files and settings on your computer InfoPath cannot grant access to these files and settings because the form template is not fully trusted.", however when i go to the design and form options--> security find it full trusted.

I have tried to install the forms on the server that has the shared folder but it shows message :"the following form template cannot be registered ,specified URL is not local"

The only solution i have now that make the users fill the forms from thier pc and not access the shared folder , in this way I should always getting worried that the forms are not the same so maybe will cuase problems.

any advice will be really appreciated

    Thanks

try signing the form template, to sign the form template goto tools-> form options -> security and trust.

The old forms are still appear in infopath list, I have tried to remove them with no luck so far.

I went through Add/Remove Programs from window but I can't find them on the list, is there any advice?

    Thanks

HI, i'm having the same problem. I cannot access the server to sing the form due to It restrictions.

I've created the form and published it on a share folder. My form access a data base on the same shared folder that's why should be fully trust. If I sign the form using my PC it works fine for me but all other user are prompt with security warnings (two). but at the end it works.

I cannot sign it on the server either access all user pc. What solution do I have.

basicaly it's a form for every employer send requests to Human resourses. they use an intranet web link. no one knows the path to the forms even not being a secret.

     any help?

    tks
