InfoPath Dev

I am new to infopath.I was really fascinated by this tool provided by the microsoft.I am trying to send the form as an e-mail.But the problem is that, the form is sent as an attachment to a mail and not as a mail.Is there any method to send the form as a mail so that the form is shown directly.

Also is there any method to update a checkbox in the form that is received through mail and send it back to person who has sent it.

I will be really happy if I will get the response.

Yes it's possible put thisXDocument.DOM.xml; in the body of your email!
