Printing Data Details (Formatting for Printing)

This site has been a tremendous boon to me. I am hoping that it can come through one more time on a specific issue.

I have am using an Access database because I cannot put up a SQL database for several reasons, not the least of which is that some places where data will be collected will not have Internet access. So, I am putting the InfoPath forms out on a jump drive that is connected to an Access db on the same drive.

Prior to finishing the data collection, our collectors will need to verify the data they have entered into about 65 variables. Virtually all are Yes/No and listed by case (record). I have a fine looking data display form with one problem -- if there are too many cases, the data run out of the section and display without their correlating variable names (just 65 variable values with no variable labels). That is a bad, bad result.

The cases (records) are selected by a SQL query. Only the cases from a specific school (selected in the query) are displayed.

Vertically, the names of the variables are displayed on the left-most column. Each of the values for that variable across the cases is displayed in rows. The top of each column other than the variable label column is the case number. So, it looks something like this:

    Variable Labels          Case #1      Case #2     Case #3    Case #4   etc ...

Variable 1                   Yes             No              Yes         Yes

Variable 2                   Yes             Yes             No          Yes

Variable 3                    No              Yes            Yes         Yes

The second page is a continuation of the first... same format but with:

Variable Labels         Case #1        Case #2       Case #3     etc...

    Variable 31

    Variable 32

    Variable 33

This works well up until we get to the point of having about 8 cases. Then case #9 will display like this, without a Variable Labels column:

     Case #9    Case #10    Case #11 etc....

    Yes             Yes          No

    No               Yes          No

    Yes              No           No

The data formatting is ugly at this point. How can I fix this problem?
