    Multiple Conditions to set value?

How would I go about setting a condition like below (couldn't think of how to search this so, my bad if it has already been asked):

10 check mark boxes, when they are checked they set the user name of the person on the adjacent text box (done this), then depending if all usernames are the same (since multiple people may edit one form) set a username in a different box automatically and automatically set date and time in another box, but only if they are the same, otherwise do nothing.

If you're using repeating data for your fields, I think you can use preceding-sibling - so in your username field, you will have a rule that checks if the username is equal to the preceding username; and if so, then set the other username, data and time.
