I have created a page layout in sharepoint that is used to create "Positions Vacant" pages. They contain a number of fields one of which is "Reference Number". I have added an "Apply" link to the page layout which opens an "Application" infopath form. All works very well. But there is a field on the form that is Reference number that the user has to manually enter. I would like one extra piece of functionality.

On opening of the form I would like the reference number form the Positions Vacant page to populate the field on the form.

Is this possible???

you can pass arguments to the form, and capture them and set the value of the filed.

Thanks Qazi, I had previously found this link, but I still do not understand how to return a dynamic parameters. On each of my pages the reference number is different. I do not want to set the parameter I want it to change based on the page.
