New to infopath; looking for input on best workflow for an 'issue' reporting form (End user -> Sharepoint -> Access/Excel

Sorry for the blabby title! I have drafted a form in infopath that will be used to collect information about hazards/incidents that occur in the flight department where I work. Ideally, I would like to host the form on our server (which is Sharepoint enabled), have the user access via browser, then have them submit back to an access database. I thought I read that 'memo' fields aren't supported this way; the form has several text boxes that required the user to provide a textual description of the event(s). Is there a way around this? My thinking was that I might have to get the form to the server as a file only, then do the database import myself and not import those memo fields. Having a file copy on the server would allow access to the filled out form as need be. Thanks for any input. I attached the form to this post.

you can host the form as a broswer enabled form, instead of submitting to access database, submit to the form library.

you might require to promote field properties.
