We currently have changed some accounts Active Directory account names from domain\First.Middle.LastName to another string such as: domain\Z123456
I am using the GetUserProfileByName webservice and the GetCommonManager.
I run the form, it picks up my account name of domain\mine(the correct one) but for the manager field it picks up my old manager's account name.
I asked our ad team and it stated that the manager field in ad doesn't keep that but a cn link to the manager, so this problem shouldn't exist?
Suggestions on items to check?
