InfoPath Dev

Hi all!My holidays finished and I'm here with more questions :)
Let's start:I've created a virtual machine to test some works and then I've installed office xp with infopath and then I've installed Microsoft® .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package from the url:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=fr&FamilyID=262d25e3-f589-4842-8157-034d1e7cf3a3
in french becouse I need it in this language.
When I try to open a templete with framework required, Infopath gives me an error becouse, according to it,.net framework is not installed. Have i downloaded the wrong files?What can i do?

I tried to reinstall infopath and so I opened the form with framework required.
