    posting filled in forms

I have some forms.. when they are filled in and the user clicks submit, i want them to appear in a list so that someone can click on each item and bring up what has been filled in. how do i do this?? so example, I have a form for Employee Requests The one who initiates the form fills in the employee name and request type and maybe a comment or two and the current date and on what date the request goes into power. when the initiator clicks submit, i want the entire filled in form to be in a list so that i can click on it and view the entire request. how do i do this?

Hi -- when you say 'appear in a list' are you talking about a SharePoint list? You can add a submit data connection to your form that will submit it to a SharePoint library. Promote some fields from the form so it is easy for users to find the right one (like the date the request goes into effect).

When you publish to a SharePoint library, you are given the chance to select fields that you want to promote. This Office Online article describes how to publish to SharePoint. Step 8 describes adding fields as columns.

You can also do it in the InfoPath Designer. Tools->Form Options->Promoted Properties.
