InfoPath Dev

Hello,

Has anyone had success displaying an Infopath 2007 webform on a Blackberry device? While I can get the form to display the appropriate buttons, most of the text boxes, drop-downs, etc do not appear. Additionally, the buttons that do display (Submit, Close) do not do anything.

I am hoping I am doing something wrong, as I would have trouble believing that MS 'mobile' offering with Sharepoint didn't include millions of Blackberry users! Ouch!

Hmm... I have never owned a blackberry so I wouldn't be able to test on it. However, there is one thing to verify: did you make sure your form has been enabled to be rendered on mobile devices?

1. Make sure your form is browser-compatible

2. Tools  | Form Options, select "Browser" and make sure "Enable rendering on a mobile device" is checked.

Also, I believe not all controls will work on a mobile device. However, regular textboxes should always work.

Any news on displaying InfoPath forms on Blackberry?!?!

Is there anyway to view an xml file sent within IP 2003 on a blackberry device?  Does anyone have a yes/no answer for this topic?  This topic is not an easy one to find an answer to online.  I just need to be able to view it not edit or submit it.  Thanks.
