Submit infopath form with RichText Box

    Hi,
I have posted this on Newbies section, but thinking probably here is better.

I am currently running into one wired issue. I have browser enabled infopath form template working with MOSS which has RichText data included. Whenever submit this form with RichText entered, there is error happens like below:

There was a form postback error. (User: domain\user, Form Name: Template, IP: , Request: http://server/_layouts/Postback.FormServer.aspx, Form ID: urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:infopath:Template:-myXSD-2009-07-31T12-54-14, Type: InvalidCastException, Exception Message: Unable to cast COM object of type 'HTMLCHECKERLib.XMLPProcessorClass' to interface type 'HTMLCHECKERLib.IHTMLtoXHTML'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{A260B372-BC78-441B-8764-D0B83F4004F4}' failed due to the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)).)

We have two environment, it only happens on one of them.

    Appreciate your help.

    Hi ITMatters,

Please don't double post. We look at all posts and strive to respond to at least 90% of them within a week.

The error you are seeing is a problem with the registry configuration which likely means the software didn't install correctly.

If it only happens on one environment, I'd say that it's a config issue. Please check to make sure that yoru version of InfoPath Form Services is the same and that all service packs have been installed. Try repairing the install or reinstalling.
