Created a form on my local machine.
For the submit button,I chose "Custom submit using Rules".
I set the condition as follows..
If (User's Current Role) is equal to (some username)
then submit using a data connection(to a SharePoint form library)
In the Form options dialog,in the security tab,the checkbox "Automatically determine security level based on form design" was selected.
Now when I try to open the form,I get a dialog as follows.
Infopath cannot create a new, blank form.
Infopath cannot open the form.To fix this form contact system administrator.
On clicking "Show Details" button,it says
Form template: file:///C:\1CashPaymentVoucher\Cash_Payment_Voucher.xsn
Your user name or group membership cannot be verified because the form's security settings do not permit it.Note:Before setting the Rule(Users current role) for the submit button, the form was opening fine.
So now I changed the security setting of the form to "Restricted". and then the form opened fine.
Now I published the form(Restricted Security setting) to the SharePoint form library.
Now if I click on the submit button,a dialog opens saying
Infopath cannot submit the forms.
Some rules were not applied.
Now if I look at the details,It says...
InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
InfoPath cannot submit to the following location:http://infch00669:8080/sites/MCG/Cash Payment Voucher_Approve/Forms/AllItems.aspx/721751.xml
The form template has insufficient security privileges.
Access is denied. Please tell me as to what security setting need to be used so as to open the form in the share point form library and submit it without issues.
Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Abhishek
