InfoPath Dev

I have a nested repeating group. I use ExecuteAction to insert a new element of the parent, but then I can't seem to find out how to insert a new element in the child repeating group for the parent element I just created. i.e.

Orders (Repeating)
  |
  + Unit (Repeating)
    |
    + Description
---------------------------------------------
1. Create new Orders element
2. Create multiple Unit elements
3. Repeat

Whenever I try to use ExecuteAction to insert a new Unit element it throws an error that says the action isn't applicable to the selected element.
