This request is not for InfoPath. But, I thought people here might know of someone who could fit the request.
I have a small Visual Basic application, that URGENTLY needs to be written, it is required by next week, 1st September 2009.
The application is used to store data in a patient database, each patient record will store 2 images as well.
Further information can be revealed from the detail below.
If you can do this job, we will pay you. So please advise your contract price, and we will evaluate responses and let you know if you have the assignment and provide all the details.
The database will only have one patient table. The patient record fields are
Client number,
Fullname,
Gender - use M/F radio buttons only,
Date of birth,
age,
address, and
telephone number.
The MenuBar has only these 2 items Record and Settings
The SubMenu commands for Record are
New Record,
Search Record,
Save Record,
Close record,
View Exported Record,
Export Record to Desktop,
Export Record ( user enters names the file is sent to) and
Exit.
The SubMenu commands for Setting are
1 Select Scanner - allow user to pick or name the scanner
2 Select Printer - allow user to pick or name the printer
3 Rotate Image - provide 3 rotations and horizontal inversion choices
When a customer record is open, the Patient Screen layout is
Menu bar (Record and Settings) on top row,
1 Patient No (char20)
2 Full Name (char50)
3 Gender radio buttons.
on next line -
4 Date of Birth "dd/mm/yyyy"
5 Address (80char)
6 telephone (allow 20 digits)
on next line,
7 2 large frames for storing the scanned left and right foot images,
To the right of the right foot frame, from top to bottom,
8 a dropdown box to hold patient history,
9 two boxes side by side to hold the size of each foot
10 New scan button
11 Rescan button
12 Print button
System process: When either of the scan buttons is selected, process is to intiate a scan of each foot.
The images will be stored in the 2 large frames on the patient record.
For testing, the images can input from a standard scanner.
The framed images can allow a line drawn on the image, and the length of the line is stored in the top right of the frame, and in either of two fields.
Looking forward to a quick response.
I prefer to have an Australian programmer, then communication would be easir and faster.
I did not log the request successfully on Toolbox IT.
Cheers, Ian
