Hello,

is it possible to create web form or installable form using only infopath2007 and ASP.NET 

and without having Sharepoint or Form service.

the porpuse is to collect regulary some standard informations from our clients (that dont have infopath istalled and dont belong to the same domaine) so they can send us a xml file or a textfile and finly we can automaticaly extract data from those files since we have the original xml Schema and data source.

Installable, yes, if they have InfoPath.  Browser form, no, unless you are able to custom create your own platform that allows for it.  Qdabra has this ability, but it's not something done overnight.
