    Submit form with digital signature

    Grettings everyone,

I want to be able to restrict a users ability to submit a form based on if they have signed it with a digital signature.

What I would usually do is set the conditional formatting on a button to disable the control if a certain condition is not met, but I am unable work out how to set the condition so that it knows if a signature exists or not.

I am using a digital signature connected to a section.

I have tried to set the condition: if the section (with digital signature is connected) is empty, disable the control (Button).  But it doesn't work.

     Does anyone have any suggestions?

     Thanks in advance.

    Double click the submit button.

Click on Display and Conditional Formatting.

    Click Add.

In the first dropdown select "Select set of signable data" and in the popup select the section you want. Click OK. "is signed" condition should automatically be selected by default.

Check disable this control. Click OK.

    Click OK.

    Publish your form.

     Thanks for the reply.

I couldn't get  your solution to work, but I did find a harder way to do it here:

I have validated by  seeing if the signatures data source was blank or not.
