Can"t open or fill out a form on only one user's workstation

This user can develop forms but can't fill them out or preview them. His copy of InfoPath 2007 has been re-installed several times. We have not tried having him login on a different machine and see if it will work for him there. I guess we should do that but wanted to check with you all for ideas as well.

I would definitely have him log on to another machine and try before trying to troubleshoot. It does not ring a bell, so I don't think there's a simple answer.
