Three-state workflow issue on my browser-enabled infopath forms

I am trying to create a simple three-state workflow for my browser-enabled infopath forms hosted under MOSS 2007. For each of the document library i added a column called Status where i defined my choices such as: Submitted, Investigate and Completed. After that i attched the document library to a three-state workflow available out of box froms MOSS. I had it configured so that the workflow is started whenever a new form is submitted. That seem to work correctly, but when i want to change the value of the Status column (from Submitted  to Investigate for example) the choices don't seem to be there (see picture below). Did you do something wrong? How do i go about changing the status column? thank you in advance

There is only one doc in the library, and it's status is Submitted, so that's all you'll see in the view column filter pulldown.  You would see the other options in the column itself when editing the properties.

You don't change item data in the view.  You change it the same way you change any column anywhere in SharePoint.  You have to edit the list item.

thank you Warrtalon, I just want to make sure that i did not any wrong.

by the way, I notice there are options to send email notification to the user when the workflow initiated and when the workflow changed to middle state but not when the workflow is completed. Is there a way around it? or did i missed that part?

I don't know.  Any 3-state workflow I'd use would be one I built myself, which could send an email at any point in time.

any chance for me to see a sample? I am using the one available with sharepoint and i don't see any place where you could define the email notification when the workflow at the completed state.

Yeah, it's best if you can make use of the OOTB workflows as long as they meet your needs, but they often don't and require a custom workflow.  I can't show a sample of an SPD workflow, so I can't really help, but suffice it to say that you can basically do whatever you want define the logic however you want, especially when in conjunction with an InfoPath form.
