The form fields are extremely long (horizontally) after submitting a form to an email submit. This appears to only be the case for some users. Doesn't seem to matter whether they are using Outlook 2003 or 2007, though I am the one that experiences this problem the most on Outlook 2007. Some users don't have the length problems, but the colors are skewed in some cells. Anyone know how to fix this?

It's relevant to their screen resolution and size of the window.  You need to set static widths for your fields in the form template, else they will auto-expand like that.  IT's a pain, but it's a known issue (not just your issue).

OK, so my width for each field appears to be 100%, and it doesn't give me the "auto" option that the height menu gives. What should I set the width to?

You have to make a static width, unfortunately, so it's up to you what width works best for everyone.

I decided to solve this another way. I created custom workflows and promoted fields I want emailed into an email template. It is much cleaner on BlackBerry this way, which is the primary method the end users will read the information. Not to mention, this allows another workflow I had created previously to work correctly; when a technician closes the ticket, an update will be sent out automatically to the same distribution list letting everyone know the ticket has been closed.
