When my survey is complete and after it has been submitted to the SharePoint server and emailed, I want to close the current view, close the survey and return to the originating SharePoint site.  I've played with different setting, but have not seem to have found the correct combiniation.  I hope someone else may have already got this working.

In your submit button, you can add the "Close" action.  That closes the form and returns the user to whatever URL you see in the Source attribute of the Forms Services URL (look at the address bar when the form is open in the browser).  This attribute defaults to the View of the Forms Library that the user was in when clicking New.  That would be considered "the originating SharePoint site," right?  Do you need them to return to some other location?

Oh, glad it was simple.  I thought I had mentioned it on the phone when testing your form, so I figured this was something more complicated.  Glad it's not!  The "close" action is great...
